- WA: Why doesn't the bot respond outside business hours?
- Pulbot flows run 24/7 when in production. If it doesn't respond, verify the flow is active and the balance is sufficient.
- WA: Can I send proactive messages?
- Yes, with Meta-approved templates. Without an approved template, you can only reply to user messages within the 24h window.
- WA: How many numbers can I connect?
- No limit in Pulbot. Meta may have its own limits depending on your app tier.
- TG: Can the bot be a group admin?
- Yes. Add the bot to the group and grant it admin permissions. The Telegram trigger will detect group messages.
- TG: Does it work in Telegram channels (broadcast)?
- Partially. Bots in channels only receive posts, not user messages.
- IG: Does it work with personal accounts?
- No. Only Business or Creator accounts.
- IG: Can I reply to stories?
- Yes, if the user sends you a DM as a reaction to your story. That DM arrives as a normal message.
