Conversation inbox
The Inbox is Pulbot's conversation CRM. It shows all active conversations across all connected channels in a single view. From here you can view, filter, search, and manage each conversation.
Steps
- 1In the left sidebar, click «Inbox» or «Conversations».
- 2The list shows conversations sorted by last activity (most recent first).
- 3Use the search bar to search by contact name, number, or last message content.
- 4Filter by channel (WhatsApp / Telegram / Instagram), CRM status, or label.
- 5Click a conversation to open it and see the full history.
Reference
- Pagination
- The Inbox uses pagination, not infinite scroll. If you don't see a recent conversation, check active filters — it's not a WebSocket issue.
- Order
- Default: last activity (most recent message first). Not customizable in v1.
- Unread conversation
- Blue indicator on the left edge. Disappears when you open the conversation.
- Multiple channels
- The same contact can have conversations on different channels. They appear as separate entries.
Common errors
- «I don't see recent conversations»
- The inbox uses pagination. The conversation may be on a previous page. Clear filters and search by name or number.
- Conversation disappears
- Conversations aren't deleted automatically. If you can't find it, it may be filtered. Check active filters.
