Top up balance
Your account balance is used to cover flow execution costs. Without balance, production flows won't execute.
Steps
- 1In the sidebar, click «Usage» or «Billing».
- 2Click «Top up balance».
- 3Select the available payment method for your region.
- 4Enter the amount and complete the payment.
- 5Balance is credited automatically upon payment confirmation.

- Available methods
- Depend on your region. May include: Binance Pay, bank transfer, card. See current options in the Billing panel.
- Minimum top-up
- No minimum top-up amount. You can add from $1.
- Negative balance
- Balance can't go negative. When it reaches $0, flows are automatically paused.
- Kill switch
- If you configured a balance kill switch ($0), flows are paused before running out of funds.
Common errors
- Payment confirmed but balance not credited
- Wait 5 minutes and reload the page. If it persists, contact support with the payment receipt.
- Payment method not available in my country
- Check current methods in the Billing panel. Methods vary by region.
