Pricing model
Pulbot charges by actual usage. There is no monthly fee or per-user charge. The only cost is $0.005 USD per run (flow execution) in production mode.

- Run
- A complete flow execution from trigger to last node. Costs $0.005 per run.
- No monthly fee
- No fixed monthly cost. If there are no runs, there's no cost.
- No per-user charge
- You can have 1 or 1,000 contacts. Cost only depends on runs generated.
- No per-node charge
- A flow with 20 nodes costs the same as one with 2 — billing is per run, not per node.
- CRM free
- The Inbox and CRM functions are free. They don't consume balance.
- External AI
- AI model costs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) are paid directly to the provider with your own API key. Pulbot doesn't mark up AI costs.
