Labels and statistics


Labels are flexible categories you assign to conversations. The Labels section shows how many conversations each label has — useful for measuring volumes of topics or segments.

Steps

  1. 1To see the catalog: in the left sidebar, click «Labels».
  2. 2You'll see all labels with their conversation counts.
  3. 3To create a new label: click «+ New label», type the name, and confirm.
  4. 4To assign a label to a conversation: open it → Labels field in the CRM panel → select.
  5. 5To filter the Inbox by label: in the inbox, use the label filter.

Reference

Count
Number of active conversations with that label. Updated in real time.
Color
Each label can have a color for visual identification in the inbox.
Multiple labels
A conversation can have multiple labels simultaneously.
Statistics
Per-label counts let you measure volumes: how many conversations are «leads», «tech support», etc.

Common errors

Label not appearing in the list
Only labels that have at least one assigned conversation, or that were explicitly created in the catalog, appear.
Count doesn't match
The count may have a small delay. Reload the page to see the updated value.
