Labels and statistics
Labels are flexible categories you assign to conversations. The Labels section shows how many conversations each label has — useful for measuring volumes of topics or segments.
Steps
- 1To see the catalog: in the left sidebar, click «Labels».
- 2You'll see all labels with their conversation counts.
- 3To create a new label: click «+ New label», type the name, and confirm.
- 4To assign a label to a conversation: open it → Labels field in the CRM panel → select.
- 5To filter the Inbox by label: in the inbox, use the label filter.
Reference
- Count
- Number of active conversations with that label. Updated in real time.
- Color
- Each label can have a color for visual identification in the inbox.
- Multiple labels
- A conversation can have multiple labels simultaneously.
- Statistics
- Per-label counts let you measure volumes: how many conversations are «leads», «tech support», etc.
Common errors
- Label not appearing in the list
- Only labels that have at least one assigned conversation, or that were explicitly created in the catalog, appear.
- Count doesn't match
- The count may have a small delay. Reload the page to see the updated value.
