Data Deletion Instructions

Pulbot is operated by PULBOT Technology C.A., RIF J-507117561, Caracas, Venezuela. This page explains how to request deletion of your Pulbot account and the personal data associated with it, including data obtained through Meta Platform integrations (WhatsApp Business API, Instagram Graph API, Messenger Platform).

Option 1 — Self-service (in-app)

  1. Sign in to https://app.pulbot.com.
  2. Open Settings → Account.
  3. Click Delete account and confirm.

This action permanently deletes your account, your messaging history, attachments, OAuth tokens for connected Meta accounts, and personal profile data within 30 days.

Option 2 — By email

Send a request from the email address registered to your Pulbot account to privacy@pulbot.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include:

We acknowledge requests within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of verification.

Scope of deletion

What we retain (legal obligation)

Some records are retained for the period required by Venezuelan tax and accounting law (typically up to 5 years for invoices and billing records under SENIAT regulations). After that period these records are permanently deleted.

Meta Platform user-initiated deletion

End users who interact with a Pulbot-powered business through WhatsApp, Instagram, or Messenger and wish to have their conversation data deleted should contact the business directly, or email privacy@pulbot.com identifying the business they messaged. We will coordinate the deletion with the business that owns the Meta account.
